Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Lord, with Christmas just days away, I pray that You watch over families who suffer from unemployment. May they find that the best gifts are those that come from the heart. I pray that they cherish the time they spend together as a family, becoming closer to one another during this time of need. Amen.

John 5: 33-36
Jesus said to the Jews:
“You sent emissaries to John, and he testified to the truth.
I do not accept testimony from a human being,
but I say this so that you may be saved.
John was a burning and shining lamp,
and for a while you were content to rejoice in his light.
But I have testimony greater than John’s.
The works that the Father gave me to accomplish,
these works that I perform testify on my behalf
that the Father has sent me.”

Señor, a pocos días de la Navidad, te pido que cuides a las familias que sufren el desempleo. Que descubran que los mejores regalos son los que vienen del corazón. Te pido que aprecien el tiempo que pasan juntos como familia, acercándose unos a otros durante este tiempo de necesidad. Amén.

Si digo esto, es para que ustedes se salven. Juan era la lámpara que ardía y brillaba, y ustedes quisieron alegrarse un instante con su luz.
Pero yo tengo un testimonio mejor que el de Juan: las obras que el Padre me ha concedido realizar y que son las que yo hago, dan testimonio de mí y me acreditan como enviado del Padre”.
