Memorial of Saints Andrew Kim Tae-gŏn, Priest, and Paul Chŏng Ha-sang, and Companions, Martyrs
O Lord Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I dedicate to You the prayers, efforts, joys, and trials of this day. I join these offerings with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass celebrated worldwide, for the purposes of Your Sacred Heart: the salvation of souls, the atonement of sins, and the unity of all Christians. In a special way, I bring before You the intentions of the Holy Father for this month, asking that leaders around the world may serve their people with justice and compassion, focusing on genuine human development and the common good, particularly by supporting the disadvantaged, the poor, and those facing unemployment. Amen.
Daily Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Son, Jesus, who traveled from town to town proclaiming Your Kingdom. Help me to follow His footsteps, spreading Your love and healing those in need. May I, like the women who supported His ministry, offer my talents and gifts in service to You. Give me the courage and compassion to reach out to others with Your grace. Amen
