Friday of the Nineteenth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In
particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month that
political leaders be at the service of their own people, working for integral human development and for the common good, especially caring for the poor and those who have lost their jobs. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Loving Father, since the beginning of time, You love your creation and continue
to see the goodness in all. Even when I put You aside in my life, You continue to
call me into oneness with You. Soften my heart and mind to live out Your
teachings on love, commitment, and faithfulness in You and my brothers and
sisters. Give me the grace to be with You always. Amen
