Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month that the international community may commit in a concrete way to ensuring the abolition of torture and guarantee support to victims and their families. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Nothing, O Lord, challenges us more than the command to love our enemies. Sometimes, it is hard enough to love the good people around us without reaching out to those whom we have a grievance. Help us, Lord Jesus, for we have no power to forgive our enemies unless you give it to us; we have no power to love them unless you make it possible. Amen
