Saturday of the Fifth Week of Easter
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In
particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month for the
formation of religious and seminarians. We pray that religious women and
men, and seminarians, grow in their own vocations through their human,
pastoral, spiritual and community formation, leading them to be credible
witnesses to the gospel. Amen
Daily Prayer:
God of life, watch over the missionaries of our world. These brave people walk into difficult and sometimes dangerous situations, sharing God’s love and compassion with those in need. These missionaries provide spiritual care as well as food, medicine, shelter and education for Your people. Give these men and women the strength to continue their work and keep them safe. Amen
