Fourth Sunday of Easter
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month for the spread of peace and non-violence, by decreasing the use of weapons by states and citizens. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Dearest Savior, when You were pierced by a soldier’s lance and blood and water poured from Your side, two powerful sacraments were symbolized – Eucharist and baptism. Through baptism we enter into the mystery of Your risen life and through the Eucharist we nourish it. During this season of Easter, remind us of our rebirth in baptism, our role as Your disciples, and the promise of new life in Christ Jesus. Amen
