Third Wednesday of Easter
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month for the spread of peace and non-violence, by decreasing the use of weapons by states and citizens. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Almighty God, just as the Church preaches a “Christ crucified,” she also preaches a “Christ risen.” If we thank God for Good Friday because of Your love, we also thank God for Easter because of Your promise. It is as a redeemed and risen people that we praise You and thank You for You alone saved us on Good Friday and You alone promised a future life on Easter morn. Amen
