The Nativity of the Lord (Christmas)
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father that people living with disabilities may be at the center of attention in society, and that institutions may offer inclusive programs which value their active participation. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Heavenly Father, on this Christmas Day we ask that You give us new birth as we celebrate the beginning of Your Son’s life on earth. Today our joy is the joy of shepherds in the fields, our song the song of angels, our wonder the wonder of visitors from the east, all come to see a newborn baby in the humblest of cradles. We welcome Christ as our Redeemer and with eternal gratefulness we recall His humanity and the life He shared with us. Amen
