Friday of the Twenty-first Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray for those persons living on the margins of society, in inhumane life conditions; may they not be overlooked by institutions and never considered of lesser importance. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Lord, sometimes we are too hungry for life experiences. As a result, we may either become frantic in our search for pleasure or give up entirely and become hard and cynical. Give balance to our lives and help us journey between those highs and lows. Let us recognize what comes from You and what is pleasing to You, and then give us the peace and tranquility, the energy and power to always seek Your will. Amen
