Saturday of the Twenty-first Week in Ordinary Time
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In
particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month that
political leaders be at the service of their own people, working for integral human development and for the common good, especially caring for the poor and those who have lost their jobs. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Loving God, help me be a faithful steward of the gifts and talents You have
entrusted to me. Give me the wisdom and courage to use these blessings wisely,
multiplying them for Your glory. May I not hide my gifts out of fear but invest
them boldly in Your service. When the time comes to give an account, may I
hear Your words of love and share in Your joy. Amen
