Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In
particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month that
political leaders be at the service of their own people, working for integral human development and for the common good, especially caring for the poor and those who have lost their jobs. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Gracious God, I thank You for the gift of Your Son Jesus, the living bread that
comes down from heaven every day. Help me to embrace His words and
teachings, so I may have eternal life in You. Strengthen my faith so I can
understand and accept Your profound ways. May I never be separated from
You and Your promises. Amen
