Thursday of the Thirteenth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, for a Eucharistic life, that we may place the celebration of the Eucharist at the heart of our lives, transforming our relationships in a very deep way and opening ourselves to the encounter with God and all our brothers and sisters. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Merciful God, You are slow to anger and rich in forgiveness. Strengthen us to follow the direction of Christ Jesus and learn to forgive seven times seventy. Give us gentle hearts toward those who constantly irritate us or offend us with their manner or habits. Help us set aside rivalry and competition, and seek to work in harmony with all of our brothers and sisters. Amen
