Saturday of the Twelfth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, for a Eucharistic life, that we may place the celebration of the Eucharist at the heart of our lives, transforming our relationships in a very deep way and opening ourselves to the encounter with God and all our brothers and sisters. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Crucified Savior, You came so that all of us may be truly free. Help those who find themselves caught in the slavery of addiction to drugs, food, gambling or other bodily pursuits. Give them the honesty to admit their hopeless dependence and seek help. Let them accept the loving invitation to join You, not as slaves, but as friends, to become free sons and daughters of the Father. Amen
