O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month that the international community may commit in a concrete way to ensuring the abolition of torture and guarantee support to victims and their families. Amen

Lord our God, we believe in You, we hope in You and we love You. Help us today to share our faith, our hope and our love with everyone we meet. May we give You glory in everything we say and do. Amen
