Pentecost Sunday
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In
particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month for the
formation of religious and seminarians. We pray that religious women and
men, and seminarians, grow in their own vocations through their human,
pastoral, spiritual and community formation, leading them to be credible
witnesses to the gospel. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Holy Spirit, we thank You for unending grace. We pray that You grant us the
gift of piety, so that we may serve You with never-ending enthusiasm. Grant us
the gift of strength, so that we may courageously overcome the trials of life.
Grant us the gift of counsel, so that we can grow in spirit. And grant us the gift
of understanding and wisdom, so that we may rightly direct all our actions to
serve You better. Amen
