Friday of the Third Week of Easter
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, that the dignity and immense value of women be recognized in every culture, and for the end of discrimination that they experience in different parts of the world. Amen
Daily Prayer:
We are never spiritually blind at birth, O Heavenly Father. It is only later in life that our eyes are dimmed through indifference or hatred. Lord, we ask that You use Your love to remove the scales that hinder us from believing. Light of the World, help us to regain our spiritual vision that was lost or dimmed through fear or carelessness. Help us to see You in the people we encounter, especially in the “least” of our brothers and sisters. Amen
