Friday of the Third Week of Advent
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works,
joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the
salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray
in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father that people living with
disabilities may be at the center of attention in society, and that institutions
may offer inclusive programs which value their active participation. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Almighty God, through the “yes” of a teenage woman, You entered our world, the Word became flesh. The womb of a virgin became the tabernacle of the Most High, and she gave birth to the Savior of the world. Lord, send us the power of the Spirit, so that we, too, can give birth to the Savior in our home, our workplace, and our neighborhood. Amen
