Monday of the Twenty-ninth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray for the Church, that she may adopt listening and dialogue as a lifestyle at every level, and allow herself to be guided by the Holy Spirit towards the peripheries of the world. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Almighty God, You promised to welcome those with joy to those who feed You, clothed You, visited You, sheltered You, and gave You drink. Look after those who need food, clothing, medicine, comfort, housing, and Your love.
The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate labor to tend to the poor in need. Inspire us to also help those in need. Help me to see Your face when I encounter the homeless, the distraught, and the person suffering from depression. Amen
