Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, that the Holy Spirit may help us to recognize the gift of different charisms within the Christian community and to discover the richness of different traditions and rituals in the Catholic Church. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Lord, You send messengers to us who preach the Gospel in compelling ways. Today we remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., one of Your faithful servants, who taught the people of the world to respect each other through his gentleness and patience. Help us to continue to carry out his message through our actions. Amen
