Tuesday of the Third Week of Easter
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, that the dignity and immense value of women be recognized in every culture, and for the end of discrimination that they experience in different parts of the world. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Jesus, we are like the people in the gospel who tried Your patience by demanding spectacular signs and continuous wonders from You. Give us a faith, O Lord, that is not based on the sensational, but on Your holy Word. Help us always remember that You are the bread of God that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. Awaken us to the signs of Your presence around us, in nature and medicine, in children and in the quiet, heroic lives of everyday people. Amen
