Tuesday of the Fourth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, that the Holy Spirit may help us to recognize the gift of different charisms within the Christian community and to discover the richness of different traditions and rituals in the Catholic Church. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Dearest God, we realize that a great virtue of the spiritual life is fidelity. If we are faithful to You, to ourselves, and to each other, if we are faithful to the gifts You have given us, we will be in communion with You. We need Your help, O God, when we are afraid or even cowardly. We need Your strength when You call and we are tempted not to answer. Amen
