Friday of the Thirtieth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray for the Holy Father; as he fulfills his mission, may he continue to accompany the flock entrusted to him, with the help of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Daily Prayer:
We had youthful dreams, Lord, of conquering the world and making a place for ourselves in history. Yet, as we look around today, we have not transformed the troubled world and it’s obvious we are not its Savior. Don’t let us become discouraged or indifferent or give up our hopes for a better world. Remind us that we can begin to reform the world by remaking ourselves according to Your Gospel. Amen
