Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians. We pray for those persons living on the margins of society, in inhumane life conditions; may they not be overlooked by institutions and never considered of lesser importance. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Divine Shepherd, You did not consult “Who’s Who” when You arranged Your social calendar. You dined with sinners and associated with lepers. Purify our hearts of all self-righteousness, Lord, so that we too might minister in whatever way we can, to the neglected, the marginalized and the ostracized members of our society. Amen
