Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, and the reunion of all Christians. In particular, we offer up the intentions of the Holy Father this month, for a Eucharistic life, that we may place the celebration of the Eucharist at the heart of our lives, transforming our relationships in a very deep way and opening ourselves to the encounter with God and all our brothers and sisters. Amen
Daily Prayer:
Merciful Lord, when we experience pain, it is difficult for us to believe that pain is not always destructive. While we are in pain, we just want it to go away and we find it hard to look for meaning in that pain. Lord, we know that one of the marks of a mature person is seeking value in the face of suffering. Ease our burdens and be with us in our suffering moments. Amen
