Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month that the international community may commit in a concrete way to ensuring the abolition of torture and guarantee support to victims and their families. Amen

Light of the world, bless Your people today. Brighten our gloomy days and ease our weariness and let us share with one another the warmth of Your love. Ignite the spark of trust in your promise to always be with us and to sustain us. You came so that we may have life and have it more abundantly; so let us always choose life and reflect the delight of that choice to others. Amen
