Daily Prayer
Loving God, who manifests your almighty power above all by pardoning and showing mercy, bestow, we pray, Your grace abundantly upon us and make us heirs to heaven.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Reflection
More than any other pope in recent memory, Pope Francis has brought the quality of mercy before us and the entire world as the central to our being Christians. Too often we find it hard to imagine what God wants from us. It is simple. All that He desires is for us to love Him and our neighbor and to have mercy for all. May God’s love and mercy shape our hearts this Lent and always.

How can I make a positive impact in the lives of suffering people?
The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate care for the spiritual and physical needs of the poor and abandoned—“our neighbors”—by taking on the most difficult missions in the US and world. Will you support us today in your prayers and gifts?
