Sometimes I go days without giving a second thought to the blessings in my life. It’s easy to take my daily comforts for granted. Open my eyes to those around me, Lord. May I be willing to share my blessings with those who are less fortunate. Amen.
Luke 21: 34-36
Jesus said to his disciples:
“Beware that your hearts do not become drowsy
from carousing and drunkenness
and the anxieties of daily life,
and that day catch you by surprise like a trap.
For that day will assault everyone
who lives on the face of the earth.
Be vigilant at all times
and pray that you have the strength
to escape the tribulations that are imminent
and to stand before the Son of Man.”

A veces paso días sin pensar en las bendiciones que hay en mi vida. Es fácil dar por sentado las comodidades cotidianas. Abre mis ojos para ver a los que me rodean, Señor. Que esté dispuesto a compartir las bendiciones que tengo con los menos afortunados. Amén.

Velen, pues, y hagan oración continuamente, para que puedan escapar de todo lo que ha de suceder y comparecer seguros ante el Hijo del hombre’’.
